as an artist I am interested in the processes and motivations involved in making objects. Through installation and performance I explore the threshold between mass and artistic production and question definitions of ‘work’. Through making durational and process based pieces I am concerned by the way actions and events are recorded. My work often explores how visual and written documentation can construct an idea of history and examines the mediums and conventions used to convey fact and truth.
